So Video Gypsy took down Snowboard Realms in round 1 over at Snowboardermag.com. I must say though, Snowboard Realms had my vote everyday, and I’m pretty surprised they lost. Don’t get me wrong, Video Gypsy did a decent job, but it just didn’t hang together like TJ and Leo’s vid. See for yourself… it’s sick.
If you’re not sure what’s up, get filled in, and keep voting! We’re gonna need everyone’s help when our vid goes up!
Snowboarder is putting on one hell of a rad contest. Be sure to check their site every sunday, and vote all week for your favourite video! The winner gets a whopping $5,000…. and the loser, well…

“There will be one winner from each of the four stops, and each winner
will get to be our slope-side video host - interviewing riders, announcing the
winners and hosting all of the action for our exclusive video coverage. On top
of that, each winner gets a Salomon
snowboard, Bonfire jacket, and a

Our little buddy Mark McMorris keeps killin’ it. Seems he’s havin a bit of a breakout year. With some momentum from his recent win at the World Cup slopestyle last weekend, Mark charged it hard today and finished 3rd place in the Semis. Jon Versteeg, who qualified first on wednesday, finished up 10th, to move on to finals. Homie Craig Beaulieau finished 5th, Robby Balharry finished 14th, and Mark Sollars squeezed into the finals finishing 16th! So stoked to see our riders and friends killing it hard. Check out Colin’s slidshow on KingSnow, and get yourself learnt on some of snowboarding’s history. Dennis Bannock narrates, and lays down the skinny on our short 3 decades on this planet. Don’t forget to click through to the next page for a comedic web vid from Eric Greene. Eric and the boys killed it during the three days, but like good boarders, they definitley had their fair share of laughs.
